Restaurants
There is a variety of restaurants located in Clarksville, TN. A large population of chain restaurants exists as for some locally owned treasures. If you are in the mood for something familliar you can definitely find your favorite chain restaurants around the Wilma Rudolph Exit, exit 4 off I24. Local restaurants include, Strawberry Alley, Blackhorse, and Yada to name a few. Most serving traditional American cuisine, reasonably priced, and have a fun atmosphere inside.
Outdoors
There is a variety of outdoor activities to be taken adavantage of in Clarksville. With access to the Cumberland River the opportunities for fishing and boating are endless. A lovely walking/running path goes along the Cumberland River with playgrounds and a safe feeling. The Red River also goes through the city, a smaller river which provides opportunities for canoeing, tubing, kayaking, and more fishing. Clarksville is home to 5 golf courses, all in good status and reasonably priced.

Indoors
On rainy days there is plenty of activities to keep one entertained. A recently finished arena was built downtown, F&M Bank Arena. It hosts a indoor ice rink which is available for use to the public at a small fee. A Clarksville favorite is City Forum, which is a onestop shop for fun. Inside there is bowling, duck-bowling, go-karts, arcade games, putt-putt golf, carousel, restaurant, and a bar. Additionally, there is a decent mall with a movie theater off of exit 4, a couple more movie theaters off exit 1, and an assortment of bars/breweries through out the city.
